Nisorave Privacy Policy

Nisorave Team · Effective Date: 2026-05-19 · Audience: 17+

This Privacy Policy explains how Nisorave Team ("Nisorave", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Nisorave mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

1) Who We Are

Controller/Business: Nisorave Team

Contact: qunskborho3106@outlook.com

2) Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by the Service, including within the app and any related web pages or in-app webviews we operate for login, preferences, or support.

3) Information We Collect

We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information collected with your permission (such as location).

3.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information: name, username, and email address.
  • Customer support communications: content you submit when you contact us (e.g., messages, attachments, and related details needed to respond).
  • App content you choose to create or store: perfume profiles you create (e.g., brand, fragrance notes, comparisons), personal notes, and photos you upload or attach to entries.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, and identifiers necessary to provide the Service and maintain security.
  • Usage data/analytics: how you interact with the Service (e.g., feature usage, screens viewed, and in-app actions), in an aggregated and/or event-based form.
  • Diagnostics and crash logs: error reports and performance data to troubleshoot and improve reliability.

3.3 Location Information (Only With Your Permission)

If you enable location services, we may collect precise or approximate location data depending on your device settings and permissions. You can disable location permissions at any time in your device settings.

3.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies

If parts of the Service are delivered via a website or in-app webview, we may use cookies or similar technologies (and may include web beacons) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and support basic security and fraud prevention. You can typically control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

3.5 Photos and Faces (No Facial Recognition)

  • We do not perform facial recognition and we do not attempt to derive biometric identifiers from photos.
  • Any photo processing, if used for a feature, is performed only for that feature and is intended to be one-time processing; the processed outputs are generated and the temporary processing data is deleted promptly after completion.
  • By default, photos are stored locally on your device, unless you choose an option that uploads or syncs them.
  • We do not use your photos or related content for advertising/marketing purposes or to train models for third-party use.

4) How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain the Service (e.g., create accounts, save your perfume profiles, enable comparisons).
  • Personalize your experience (e.g., remember preferences).
  • Improve and develop the Service (e.g., understand usage patterns, fix bugs, improve performance).
  • Protect security and integrity (e.g., prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues).
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests.
  • Comply with law and enforce our terms and policies.

We do not sell your personal information.

5) How We Disclose/Share Information

We share information only when necessary and only to the minimum extent required, including:

  • With your consent or at your direction.
  • With service providers (processors): who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, storage, customer support tooling), under contractual obligations to process the data only on our instructions and protect it.
  • For legal reasons: to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and safety.
  • For protection of rights: to investigate or prevent suspected fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

6) International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law, which may include Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

7) Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including (as appropriate):

  • encryption in transit and at rest,
  • access controls and least-privilege practices,
  • periodic security reviews/audits,
  • backups and recovery procedures.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

8) Data Retention

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless law requires otherwise.

  • Account data: retained for as long as your account is active.
  • Account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days (unless required for legal/security reasons).
  • Usage/analytics data: retained for up to 12 months (typically aggregated or de-identified where feasible).
  • Customer support content: retained for up to 6 months after the issue is resolved (unless needed longer).

9) Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as:

  • Access: request a copy of your personal information.
  • Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: request deletion of your personal information.
  • Restriction/objection: request that we limit certain processing.
  • Withdrawal of consent: where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time (this does not affect processing already performed).

To exercise your rights, email us at qunskborho3106@outlook.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

10) Age Requirement (17+)

The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If you believe a minor under 17 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Effective Date" when changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
